I was trying to reschedule the ticket date but the new ticket got booked instead. It’s a website issue and glitch. As Multiple booking were done So I had to cancel the old ticket. Cancellation charges was levied upon me unnecessarily. Kindly refund my cancellation charges immediately and on highest priority.
