I have been to their T.Nagar club office on 27th May 2023, after repeated Telecaller request around 3:30 PM, even after waiting till 4:30 PM, despite filled forms, Paid Rs 3000 by Gpay for the service, nothing happened, when enquired, they said I need to wait till 6:30 PM, for the service, Only receipt was given for Rs 3000, Receipt No 0448, I was not told about the same while paying the amount, I have asked for refund, and said I will get it around 6:30 PM, and till now today I haven’t received it and for phone calls no response, they have switched off their mobiles and no response for messages as well,I haven’t seen such an Unprofessional approach from this club, I need refund and never come again to this club.
