While booking the ticket it’s mentioned boarding point is gorguntepalya.. Peoples are waiting there but no one from VRL travels will call and asked passengers where they are stuck.The boarding point was opposite of peenya metro station but no where it’s mention, while booking online it will show gorguntepalya.it’s an very worst service from VRL..and also the bus will not come for proper time what they have mentioned in the ticket…
