I was travelling from Sivakashi to Chennai on 26.05.2023 at my business trip. Booked a ticket at AC Sleeper class and the vehicle alloted was NL01B1450. Paying a premium ticket fair of Rs. 1700 per passenger was lacking from basic facilities of Air Conditioning. Absolutely no air circulation makes passengers feels suffocating and claustrophobic. Vehicle operator didn’t pay any heed on raising complaint. We had to travel an 8.5 hour journey in unhealthy condition even after paying the value for the service commited by Vetri Travels.
