I like to inform that i have made complain regarding leakage from Eurolex water gyser which was purchased through Militry canteen at Bhopal on 23.10.2018 on customer care on 14 Sep 2022(ticket no. 217331) and follow up complain on 18. Sep 2022(ticket no. 217387) but till date no resolution has been provided.
I have followed up regarding my complain on customer care number but every time they assure that your complain will be resolved within 24 hours. I have almost called 08 times.
As 20 days have passed and after 08 times call with customer care, i conclude that your company not going to resolve my issue
