The Park Priviera is False commitment, no response and cheated on money. Please cancel my membership and refund the amount. On 25th may 2023 night I purchased this membership at Golden Tulip counter and the very next day I left India for a family trip. After coming back I visited the Jaipur office but no responsible person was there to communicate except tele callers. All the Team leaders were on leave.
Then I called the salesperson and she replied that she is on leave.
Then I called customer care, promised that they would sort out all my queries and send me required information by email in 10 mins but that day I did not receive any response.
After making so many phone calls I only received a welcome letter, but they don’t want to send hotel & client contact details as they promised at the time of the deal.
Their services and commitments are not satisfactory, and I feel like I am trapped in a false deal.
Then i checked google reviews and found that this company is fraud.
So far I have not used any of The Park Priviera services and request to repay my amount back.
