The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd is Misleading customers with membership

I am filing this complaint as a harassed customer who paid around 80k for their membership and addition 8k AMC for this year for which they promised luxurious hotels which would be not less than 3 stars but what we got was a 3rd class hotel which looked like a lodge in our first experience. On complaining they promises that it won’t be repeated but again they were giving us an average hotel for our 2nd trip which we refused to take. On asking for refund they are saying they have zero cancellation and refund policy. What kind of service is this that if the customer is not liking and wants to cancel he would not even get minimal amount as refund?

I wouldnt like to continue with the membership and would like to have a refund of the remaining amount. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
