Me and My partner taken membership of the park priviera hospitality on last january 2021, by giving 150000 rs. for each membership so total cost is Rs. 300000 ( Three lakhs) Company’s marketing team very fluent in speaks and making wrong commitments to all clients, As per company said after membership he will give us every year 7 night accommodation in 5 star hotel and resorts but after that we tried many times for book the hotels and rooms, every time first time and on first reply there was same answer that we have to confirm before 20 days for booking.
Ok we also told company to book property in advance 20 days before company said but company giving third class hotels and rooms in every location and its a already rate of Rs. 1500 to 3000 per night.
So where is 5 star hotel and resort sir? so this type of excuses company given many times and every times.
I am not understanding why government not banning this type of company’s licence and why government not taking any actions on this type of fraud company?
