I am writing to file a formal complaint against Thaw Builders regarding their failure to complete my home construction project and their unprofessional behavior towards me as a client. I have been facing numerous issues with Thaw Builders, and I believe their actions warrant investigation and appropriate action.
I entered into a contract with Thaw Builders on 2022 for the construction of my home, as per the agreed specifications and timeline. However, I am deeply disappointed to inform you that Thaw Builders has not fulfilled their contractual obligations. The construction of my home remains incomplete despite multiple assurances and repeated requests for progress updates.
Furthermore, Thaw Builders has demanded additional funds to complete the project, which goes against the terms of our initial agreement. This demand for more money is unjustified, as I have already made substantial payments as per the agreed payment schedule. Their behavior indicates a breach of trust and an attempt to exploit clients for personal gain.
In addition to their failure to complete the construction, the staff at Thaw Builders’ office have consistently displayed unprofessionalism and abusive behavior towards clients. Their disrespectful and offensive conduct not only violates ethical business practices but also creates a hostile environment for clients seeking resolution.
It has come to my attention that Mr. Prasath, the owner of Thaw Builders, has shown a lack of concern for client satisfaction and has prioritized the construction of his personal office building over completing the projects of paying clients. This demonstrates a clear disregard for client welfare and raises concerns about the mismanagement of funds entrusted to Thaw Builders.
I have made multiple attempts to address these issues directly with Thaw Builders, but my concerns have been dismissed, and there has been no satisfactory resolution. Hence, I seek your intervention and request that you investigate this matter thoroughly. I urge you to take appropriate action against Thaw Builders to ensure that they fulfill their contractual obligations and adhere to ethical business practices.
