In 2019 Mar, I got a call from SuvarnaAvani real estates for plots available for sale near Shadnagar Chattanpally village survey no 554 part.
I have visited the venture and liked the plot so paid advance in Mar & Apr. Paid close to 6 lakhs for 150 square yards however they took time stating that they are waiting for Rera approval and made me wait till Dec’19.
As it was taking too long I have asked for money in Dec’19 they said they would pay half the amount if I dont want to buy the plot.. I was very unhappy so asked how many more months do I have to wait and all. They said the plot size increased there is no more 150 and now its 163 and took additional 4 more lakhs.. Overall I have paid 10 lakhs 30 thousand as advance. In 2020 we had Covid and due to which the owner Surendra fraud escaped stating he had Covid and all..
In 2021 post covid we got to know land belongs to someone else and he doesnt have any rights to sell the land.. When I have forced he said he would pay the money in parts however till date he didnt pay even 1 rupee.. There are many people who got involved like me and waiting for money.. All of his projects were fraudlent and everyone is suffering. Please look into this and help me as money is important for me at this point. He vacated the office during covid time and his number is unreachable to trace.
There were multiple complaints raised in banjara police station by people however nothing happened so far..
