I booked the santarosa room twin sharing for my training course. I was planned to stay 4 months there. I booked the room on 3rd april 2023 around 6.30am.After that bcecause of my cerfticate issues i cant do that training course, ,suddenly i called the sales person zafar and said about my issues at 10.30am. Sales person told me to contact sales manger manoj. Then i called manoj sir and told about my issues, , He promised me that he ll tell my issues to company and return my money back with in 2 to 3 days. He said they ll take money for one day and remaining amount they ll refund. So on 3rd april night 9pm i vacate the room and i informed room captain mona, zafar, and manoj, then i went to my home town tuticorin. Still i m waiting for my money i didnt get any single money as refund, , i paid totally 32, 565rs, so please help me to refund my money back, Thank you
