The driver was very rude from the beginning. And the arrival to the pick up point was too late. When we enquired about how long it will take, he replied in a rude way without mentioning the necessary detail.Then the window glass lock was loose. So it kept on opening. So that automatically the curtains went out. I kept on adjusting. But the driver came and yelled. And used a lot of swear words.That was very disturbing.I had a very bad experience with SRS just because of the poor quality of the driver.
