PNR 37775168 Mangalore to Mysore supposed to pick me from PVS circle Mangalore at 11.15 PM on 14th may 2023 not picked up. The driver number given in the message was switched off continuously.later when I approach the alternative number from Google I got the driver number and got to know he picked the other passengers at 10.30 instead of 11.30. u have waited till 2 o’clock but no one contacted me. I need immediate response with refund along with penalty charges for causing inconvenience
