I purchased the Altroz XE+ on 03rd March 2023, in two days windshield was cracked near co driver seat. Totally upset on Tata brand and quality of the material. Today I faced one more issue in Harman speakers. Getting screw type of noise continuously while driving.
My Dealer (Gokulam Motors pvt ltd) Chennai are not at all responding properly. They are asking us to claim it as an insurance. Hey should I apply for insurance if the vehicle parts are manufacturing defects? Please let me know what to do now?
