Sleek International Pvt Ltd is Hob top stove Quarto failure

I installed sleek modular kitchen alongwith purchased sleek built in hob model named QUARTO from Lakshya Interio, Rajendra Nagar, Bareilly on 31 aug 2020 for rupees 14951/- . However only two years of domestic use, your their four so called brass burners ( two mini triple ring nad 2 double ring ) gave in. Even though we got the hob serviced on time.

Now when complained for the brass burner failure the representative ask us to get all 4 of them replaced for new ones. Which cost a huge around more then 6000 rupees. When we inquired why the burners got failed at first place, they had no answers. Then I asked them about the life of the “brass burner”, then also there is no commitment.

All in all, after spending on this worthless hob of costing around 15k, I am asked to shelve again around 40% for new burners for which there is no certainty of their life.

As a consumer I feels cheated for the money I paid for the useless hob.It’s been two months since the support guys couldn’t resolve. All i am asking is why to put the onus on customer of a faulty product by a big company which couldn’t work just for two years that too sold under premium tag. I am left with no option then to file a complaint here.
