The company Siemsys Solutions based in Bangalore & Chennai is issuing fake experience certificates for money. They are charging around 2.5 Lakhs for freshers and as the experience increases the charges increase and go up to 10 Lakhs. This is to enable people with no experience in IT to get placed in good jobs thus stealing the jobs of meritorious candidates.
We recently came across a candidate/employee Ashwin Manick alias Ashwin Manick Rengarajan who is from Trichy. This fraud candidate has never worked in Siemsys Solutions but has managed to get a certificate and also a high paying job at a multi-national company.
His fakery was found and he has been terminated. Beware of such fraud candidates who are born only to cheat and use unlawful means to secure a job thus cheating many meritorious candidates.
