In February 2013 one of my acquaintance Sanjeev Sinha contacted me that he has come up with a good plan for plot investment which has the potential to give good returns in future. And introduced me and my wife Munesh Kumari to Panshul Gupta who is the director of Kalki Builders & Developers Company in Noida at his office-B-27, Sector-3, Noida, UP-201301 who offered me a prelaunch price less than the market. Shubhkamna Advert, Shubhkamna Valley Project, TS-1/B, Sector 22-D, Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Budh Nagar asked me to book a plot at the rate of 21800/- per sq. yard . I, Booked 120 sq. yard plot with no. A 116, whose number was later changed to A-330, booked under 50 50 payment plan
I booked the usage in my and my wife’s joint name and gave them 2 lakh check no. 411949, drawn on PNB Delhi, dated 28/3/2013, gave the booking amount, followed by check No. 162802, PNB, Delhi, dated 26/6/2013 for Rs.3 lakh. and the balance amount of Rs.7, 90, 000/- Check No.- 162817 dated 1/8/2013. Drawn on PNB, Delhi, also given the loan from the bank, after that 2, 76, 865/- on 2/5/2014 check no. 758451, drawn on PNB, Delhi, also given.
Its bad sometime when i asked for the condition of the plot Panshul Gupta and Sanjeev Sinha asked to wait for few more months. And bad of some time they stopped picking up my call too
Due to the message that something was wrong, I personally went to the office of Shubhkamna advert and asked him about the position of his plot, then he was told that his plot scheme has been canceled and Panshul Gupta knew this from the very beginning, by defrauding him and doing wrong in the company. Is booking and has also taken her commission from them,
Because I had given all the cheques in the name of Shubhkamna Advert Company, they promised to give me a flat in their Noida Sector 137 project in return, but even after many rounds, they did not give me any solution. The director went underground to fraud people by banding his office and later the police arrested him for cheating the public.
I made many calls to Panshul Gupta and Sanjeev Sinha and went to their office but they always gave me time by making excuses. At last I told Panshul Gupta and Sanjeev Sinha to file police complaint and file 420 case, against them then they started threatening me. And also threatened to see me, or said that no one can harm them, you can go anywhere and complain, please return the money invested in shubhkamna Advert Buildtech Pvt Ltd. and Take legal action against shubhkamna, Pnshul Gupta Kalki Builders & Developers, and Sanjeev Sinha.
