I purchased the flat in T-24, since the last two weeks I am continuously trying to reach my relationship manager Deepali Pawar, as I needed some information about the site visit and possession of the flat, we have been told that the site visit has been started last December 22, but till today we were unable to do so, I am continuously calling and sending messages on Whatsapp, have called on customer care no. and left the message too, but no response so far…it’s very sad to see such kind of services getting from such big brands,
this kind of behavior and attitude of relationship managers leads to spoiling the reputation and trust of big brands like Runwal…
hope to get the proper answer to this complaint.
