On 1/5/2023 I ordered a gift basket to be sent to friends in Italy on a specific delivery date. My credit card was charged for the order. The gift was not delivered on the date specified, nor was the gift delivered at all. I attempted to contact the company but there is no phone number to call on the website and no one responded to my emails for assistance. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone at the company they would only communicate via whatsapp text and told me that the order was delivered. The order has never been delivered. I demanded they refund my money and no one will respond. I wish I would have seen all of these complaints before I selected this company.
