I had opened premium account with rich live trade where they asked me to deposit 3 lakh in my zerodha account and asked me to share my user id and password with them so that they will trade on my behalf in my account. they called it their premium service and charged 2 lakh rupees from me for 3 month plan with guarantee that if any loss is faced in my account they will refund my losses. but in 10 days they made huge losses in my account and my account balance went to almost 25 thousand. they said that due to some technical problems in their software this issue arised and shortly they will completely compensate my losses and provide minimum monthly profit of one lakh rupees. but after that they never traded in my account and stopped receiving my calls and communications. I even approached their head but no one entertained my calls.
