I am writing to file a formal complaint against a fraudulent Reg immigration agency operating in Kottayam. On April 30, 2022, I was contacted by a member of REG immigration team at Kottayam, who assured me of my eligibility for the Quebec immigration program and promised a Quebec PR within a year. They requested a payment of Rs. 35600 within a week to secure my application.
The agency claimed to have an ICCRC license number for REG immigration, but the email communication I received was from Royal Victoria Overseas Education Pvt Ltd, a group that does not have an ICCRC license under the Canadian government. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told it was a subsidiary group. Based on their assurances, I made the payment on May 6, 2022, but I have not received any communication from them since.
Upon conducting my own research, I discovered that REG immigration is a scam, and the Quebec skilled worker visa program they mentioned has not been in operation for the past 6 years. It appears that they have fraudulently obtained money from me by providing false information and misleading me.
I am seeking immediate action against this fraudulent immigration agency and demand a refund of my Rs. 35600. I request your assistance in investigating this matter and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

Because for the same Quebec program the same Royal Victoria agency collected money from 270+ candidates. Nowadays (exactly after 2 years)they are saying that French Language is compulsory for the Quebec entry.
