With a great hope I choose Pluto Tour to plan my travel for Nainital from 19May2023 to 21May2023. I told them clearly I want only Lakeside Inn only, if you can book then fine otherwise I don’t want to plan. All interaction happened with Akshita over a phone call and she ask me to talk to Pankaj Samya the MD of the company (it was lie, he wasn’t the MD I got to know later). Pankaj confirmed same hotel will be booked and package decided at Rs. 37000. Akshita ask me to pay advance and told that same hotel will be booked. I paid the advance of Rs. 14095 on 30-Apr-2023 to Pluto Tours for booking my desired hotel i.e. Lakeside Inn (3start hotel) with breakfast. I was happy for my upcoming trip with my family but unaware that Pluto Tour is a fraud company and going to spoil my entire trip.
Just 1 day back Akshita created the whatsApp group for communication and told me that they have booked Happy Homes hotel. I was shocked, I told, I had paid on 30-Apr and it was confirmed for Lake side inn which is 3 start but you are giving me 2 star hotel. I told them cancel the trip and refund my all money. In 37K package you are giving me 2 start hotel which is not acceptable at all. Akshita told even if I cancel my trip they will not return me any money.
I was so sad and tensed. My planned leave, family holiday, everything including Rs. 14095 were going to waste. I opened the website and call GM – Anil. He told he will talk and get back to me. After some time I receive a call from Luvinsh . He told that we can only offer 2 star hotel only and you go ahead and observe. If you face any issue at the hotel, we will immediately change the hotel. I told how you can confirm that, why can’t you give now better hotel? He told you record my voice and I assure you that you will get better hotel if you don’t feel Happy home has given you good room. I trusted him and said ok to check hotel by visiting there.
Once I reached hotel on 19th there was a fraud again. They have confirmed lake side view room, good quality room, and breakfast will be included. As I talk to Hotel Manager I got to know that they already did the booking on 5th May but haven’t paid any advance amount yet and didn’t informed me that Lakeside inn is not available and instead they have booked Happy Homes. This also they told on 18May i.e. just one day before the trip so that I won’t be able to cancel the trip. That is also I had to pay on arrival. If hotel would have been fully booked then I could have to face another trauma of searching an Hotel. The Hotel Manager also complained that Pluto Tours is a fraud company (I have video recording for the same) and have not done the advance booking payment of the hotel. Such con travel company should not be allowed another chance to make fool of people and should be shut down and cancelled their license immediately.
When I was calling them for discussion like neither lakeside view room given, nor it is 3 or 4 start hotel, nor breakfast is included and even the room is having torn bedsheets, cockroaches in the room and smelly room, But now no one responding to my phone call, whats app messages. Even I dropped an email regarding the same but didn’t get any response.

They stopped responding to me on my whatsApp chat whether it is one to one or group chat.
Claim:
First of all I wanted to make sure that the license of such company should be cancelled and these people should be put behind the bars for fraud under Section 420 charges.

Additionally, As my entire trip has been spoiled and I got a loss of my one day salary(leave wasted) + breakfast paid while offered to be included in package + 3 start to 2 start hotel loss + Mental harrasement + 3 days wasted all should be compensated with fine of Rs. 1 Lakh.
