Pernia’s Pop Up Shop Unethical and deceitful behavior

I made a purchase online which was delivered 36 days after the purchase was made. A clear condition was of purchasing the product was – should the product not be delivered in “30 days”, i would get 30% store credit.

However, when i made them aware that the purchase was late, they told me it was “30 working days” and not “30 days”.

At no point in the entire purchase process including the confirmation email was i made aware of this. Even in their “term and conditions” page it says “30 days” and later days “weekends a public holidays” are not working days. But what is the link between working days and days?

Also, their customer service is appalling. They are arrogant and incompetent. I am completely disgusted.
