We have membership since 2021 and have never been able to successfuly book a stay. They have never tried to get in touch or revert back with a positive answer. All they ask is to change your vacation date. I never seen a travel agency that asks you to take vacation when they want. Have tried contacting them several times but didn’t work out. Going to lodge a complaint soon.
