I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent booking at one of your hotels. I had made a reservation at OYO Shree Holiday Homes near Calangute Beach in GOA for 24.04.2023 -28.4.2023, but upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel could not provide me with a room.
Furthermore, the hotel staff behaved inappropriately and were unhelpful in resolving the issue. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating and uncomfortable.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as I had trusted Oyo to provide me with a comfortable and stress-free stay. I would like to request a full refund for my booking, as well as an apology from the hotel staff for their behavior.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to hearing back from you soon regarding this matter.
