Traveled from Pune to Hyderabad in orange travels bus on 13/05/2023.. the bus came late by 45 mins and dropped Hyderabad 3.45 hours later than scheduled arrival.. bedsheets and overall bus was dirty and full of dust. Bus didn’t have dicky to carry lugguage nor this was informed while booking. Had to sleep with a large suitcase with my 1 yr old baby. Charging points were not working nor A/C cooling was efficient.
