Omaxe Builder is Non payment of Assured Return by Omaxe Connaught Place and Omaxe India Trade Centre

I have following property with your OMAXE in OCP and ITC:-

1) LOWER GROUND FLOOR, SHOP No. – 711 & 715 in OCP
2) 14th Floor Studio Apartment – 1422
I have contacted OMAXE Officials a number of times for release of out standing dues to the tune of Rs 9 LAKHS and regularisation of Monthly “ASSURED RETURNS”. But it has always fallen on deaf ears. I spoke to their SUCCESSIVE CRMs over the last one year but to no avail….
