I gave a dealer chq of rs 600000/- for my interest in some omaxe commercial project in nov 22 and the amount got credited to omaxe.
Till date I haven’t received any booking no or any agreement from omaxe.
Till date project is not registered with rera nor any allotment no is given to me .no site has been shown by omaxe till date,
no agreement has taken place.
Now I want to get my money refunded but omaxe office is asking for 15000/- rs for cancelation and no exact time is provided to me for refund if i pursue for refund. Moreover they are threatening me with other charges if don’t deposit rest amount in next few days. They are not giving me any document about refund policy.
Please help in getting my money refunded as soon as possible.
