Oda class is most worst application and work culture, executive are forced to work even if they are sick, they are pressurized so much that oda class are forced to miss-sell. Executive are taking anti depression pills. There is a asst. manager of class 3 name Akash, he made my friend work when he was severely ill. Inspite of applying for sick leave, he was forced to sit in front of him and was forced to make calls, the guy didn’t said anything because he was fearing that hid leads will be taken from him. He is so disappointed and tensed that he is taking anti depression pills because he feared to loose his job, The particular manager asked him to resign because he took leave as he was severely ill. I asked him why are you not going to the HR, he said the HR will not take any step and he will loose his job. My friend comes from a very needy family, new in Bangalore, he needs this job to support his family. If this is way they treat their own employees, so it is understood the service they will provide us.
