I have been been working as a BDM since 2 years and Finally got to know about NXTWave in 2022 and about the work culture. I was amazed by the Reviews of the company.
They took 5 rounds of interview and mentioned in the final round that my salary with be 9 LPA . I resigned from my previous company and came to hyderabad. On the first day of joining i was informed that my ctc will be 7lpa and 2 lpa retention.
I came to know that this company never gives retention bonus to any of its employees.
Worst work culture. They are just faking everything.
The culture head Mr. Phanindra is the most fake person.
