I had taken Marriott Grand Vacations membership in Nov 2022, by paying rs. 2 lakh.
I have applied several times with prior notice for hotels but was always disappointed with the kind of hotels Marriott Grand Vacations provided and end up paying more money to my hotel properties as my standard doesn’t match their properties.
They sold me the membership claiming 5 star properties like Taj, hyatt, Oberoi and when demanded they gave me local guesthouses and lodges.
I have put 100’s of email reminder’s with no response.
Now, i am seriously thinking of moving court against the company and filing fir with the district police. I have 10 more members with me who purchased this and experienced this fraud. I will make sure this kapil somra director and owner of company who is a small time fraudster be punished for his chit fund scheme that he is running till it lasts. Watch how we make him fall in the next 40 days.
I have all the proofs of their fake promises over the call recordings etc.
I am also the victim, they are not fulfilling what they have promised. I raised my concern of refund since I haven’t taken any vacation, tried to book multiple time but they don’t have properties or their don’t serve the destination, which was completely different from from what was promised at time of purchase. No response after cancellation

After buying a membership, I tried a booking a hotel room but no one in their company is picking up the calls.
BIG FRAUD
The same happened with us with Westin Holidays and Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
We visited their office too mentioned on their website but they moved from there after Diwali.

Hi All,
I took MGV membership in October 2022 and since then have not been able to receive any booking confirmation from them despite numerous emails, texts, and calls. Their representatives keep changing, the TOLL FREE NO has also been discontinued, the Noida office address has been vacated by the Company. They respond to emails as per their wish, after sending 10emails, 1response is issued.
I am completely fed up of this attitude and scam. Upon enquiring I got to know that the director of MGV has done similar scams through other entities were the company is registered with a similar name of some famous hospitality chain like Marriott or WestIn.
