I bought a MARC 2 in-1 Angular. The new product has a problem it’s water leakage from the handle. I complained many times over the phone at the Kolkata service center. already 15 days cross they told me that on my side only one complaint so they do not visit my area until multiple complaints, not registered. I want to know where it is written that on MARC rule that only one complains they will not visit. already 15 days later they have not response.
