Inspired by the constant adds, this year i decided to plan my holiday with you, after finalising the package when the payment came, i told them to split the amount into 2 so i can make payments with 2 cards as i did not av a limit with 1 card, i was advised to purchase gift cards so as to enable easier payments its been a week since then i cannot redeem the gift card and am been forced to select hotels which i do not want, have asked for refund but told it is not possible, if make my trip makes a customer buy gift cards which he does not want n then the money gets stuck it is a gross violation of a customers right to choose also am forcefully told to buy higher category of hotel which i don”t require
firstly i did not want to purchase the gift cards, i was induced by ur staff to purchase them in order to ease payment, when asking for refund they say its not possible
i would like u to refund my balance amount back to my credit card to resolve this issue amicably failing which i will have no choice but to go to the consumer service and social media with enough evidence of how you induce the customer to buy gift card and don t refund
