I am reaching out to you as the MMT customer care is not helping me with my issue. I have booked my honeymoon package trip via MMT Due to the Go First issue my flight has been cancelled. Your team is asking me to book the tickets on my own. How come MMT being a travel company can’t make alternate travel arrangements with other airline. I am looking at the flight ticket prices which is costing me approx. 1 lakh for 2 adults round trip. My overall package cost is 85K. It’s not at all feasible for me to book the flight tickets on my own due to the rise in fare prices. Your team is not giving me any other option. Also, when I asked for alternatives, they have not provided me anything. When asked to refund the package amount, they are asking me it will be as per the cancellation policy which is current 0 as it’s only 5 days remaining for my trip. I can’t reschedule my trip as me and my wife are working professional and will not get leaves later.
Please understand that this trip is special for me, it’s my honeymoon trip which is very special. I have paid the entire amount. Now I can’t pitch in 1 lakh just for flight tickets. This is ridiculous, your team is not even calling me back and when I call the customer care number it’s not connecting. There is no contact person to whom I can reach out to.
