I had taken a package to Thailand. The flight got cancelled two times. This time I got an email that the flight can’t be rescheduled. Also I am not able to reach customer care. Very pathetic service. My plan is on 12th may 2023. I am wasting my money, my time and plan with make my trip portal. Really need some resolution asap.
