I booked a bus journey from Sagar to Jabalpur on march 30, 11:12 p.m. The money – Rs. 613 was deducted but the booking failed. I haven’t received a refund yet. This is so shameful for such a big company like Makemytrip. There is no option to talk to their helpline, no real person only automated messages. Please help me get my money back. I did not receive any booking id so cannot complain in their application either. I am adding the gpay payment screenshot as proof.
