I had accidently ordered some skincare products from Maccaron. I contacted them via mail and asked them to cancel my order and they responded that the order is dispatched and cannot be cancelled but you can refuse to accept the order. I checked to find that my order isn’t dispatched at the time of conversation but they nevertheless sent it. Delivery was attempted on 24th February and I refused to accept the order as I was asked to do. But the order is still held at my location so I contacted delivery partner (bluedart) and they said that the sender hasn’t asked them to ship the order back to them. I tried to contact the Maccaron but they haven’t given any satisfaction response. If the order is kept for too long then Bluedart may dispose off the order.
