Lodha Group is Refund of booking after cancellation

Dear team,
I am writing this complaint after taking multiple followup for cancellation and refund since 17 Apr 2023 from the sales team who had deal with me Mr. Samrat Dutta but no satisfactory resolution received.

I had booked a 02 BHK flat and paid a token amount of 45000 after an immense pressure and creating a Hostile environment / False imprisonment and same is cancelled within few hours at night only

Booking date and time – 16 Apr 2023 10:17 P.M
Cancellation date and time – 17 Apr 2023 01:15 A.M
Cancellation Time : 03 hours approx including travelling time and settling time in home.

Flat No A 1003
Building – Casa Marvella

Me and my wife visited at Lodha Palawa on Sunday 16 Apr 2023 at 07 P.M around.

After taking all the details and checked the sample flat we came at around 08 P.M and checked the rate and other offers details.

We directly confirmed that we didn’t want to book today and will discuss and need time for tomorrow but they start convincing and creating pressure that please do the booking amount and the offer will be closed however i have denied and asked to please book a CAB around 08:15 to 08:30 P.M

While waiting for the CAB sales team and the agent trying to close the deal.

We are waiting till 10:15 P.M for the CAB but the CAB is not booked as they are still trying to convince and there are only 04 person are seen there in sales lounge Me, my wife and 02 sales person (i am not aware is there any other person are there out side of not) who are still trying to convincing but didn’t book the CAB

After understanding the situation my wife directly ask him that please share the GPAY i will book and done the payment and then CAB is booked and arrived in less than 05 Min and we moved out from the sales office without checking the inventory details and even didn’t signed any document

We shared the screenshot of Payment on whatsapp and Mr. Samrat shared a excel of cost sheet and i also asked to mail me but he didn’t.

After that when we reached home at around 12 night we settle down and take our dinner and send a message for cancellation at 01 A.M without any hesitation

Hope you understand the reason for cancellation and appreciated your kind support regarding refund.

Business team just create a Hostile environment /False Imprisonment and immense pressure instead of providing humble and kind support to understand the customer need and situation.

yesterday Mr. Samrat asked me to please share your wife number i will retry to retain the booking, i don’t know is it the way or process of cancellation ?
