I had booked a group your for my parents, to Himachal Pradesh, starting from Bangalore on May 1st, giving the full amount.Once my parents got to know of the tour, the very next day, they requested a change of place, as the travel schedule l was a little tedious for them, they felt.So I requested the booking agent for options of destination change.Then she was not reachable for a few days.Later she compels us for cancellation, losing all our money.Absolutely no communication from her end regarding the possibility of getting other options.Nothing at all!Very horrible experience.
