I have a complaint about a overseas consultancy in kaloor, kochi. The company name is kerala nightingale dc pvt ltd. They are cheating nurses by giving them job offers in canada and collecting 3.5 lakhs as commision. They say to remitt 10, 000 rs to their bank account as registration charges and the rest of money is collected by hand. They doesn’t give any receipt for the fees they charge. They say that they offer free par time jobs, accommodation services and pr assistance in canada. The reality is that they are sending us to a coaching institute in canada and we have to pay around 13 lakhs for the course. After the completion of the course the job is not guaranteed and they doesn’t provide any assistance to the par time job and accommodation facilities. The director mr. Thomas jose is cheating several people by telling lies and fake promises. He says that he have an office in canada and he doesn’t have any thing like that. He never allows us to pay the commission of 3.5 lakhs to his bank account because he says that he want to avoid paying taxes. He is fooling several people as i have seen 4 nurses at their office during my visit to their office. I think that they doesn’t hold the overseas license and they have only documentation license. Sir, i request you to kindly take action against this fraud activity.
