This is to inform you that the college has denied issuing result for non payment of fees towards my sons academic year to 2021-22. My son Akshit Mural failed to fill the form for freeship being a reserved category because of technical glitch. He approached college staff for the same. But the college staff kept saying that it will not possible and ignored the matter. And application got pending due to pandemic in 2020 March. Some how it took more than a year and my son again approached to the college staff but as usual there was no response. We assumed that in the final year it might get resolved. But as there was no call from the college staff we were in assumption that the technical issue might have not been solved as there was no link or message from the college staff. After completion of third year when I went to collect result, office boy told me that we have not paid fees and hence to meet Mr. Sathe for the same. I took appointment and met him personally on this issue. According to him there was no technical error and everyone have paid fees and kept me as culprit for nonpayment of fees. Even after meeting personally he never told us that final date for payment was extended to May 2022. My son even visited Samaj Kalyan on this issue and came up with the resolution that college have to solve this matter or should have approached Samaj kalyan. But the staff denied and adamant to listen our problem. I even asked for an appointment to meet Principal on this issue but the peon and staff kept saying that this matter is solved only with in staff and Principal do not look into this matter and refused me to meet Principal. Even on convocation day I personally visited staff then I came to know that Mr Sathe has kept all the work pending and Ms Manorama is handling this issue and now she refused to do any favour as it is time barred and asked us to pay full fees of Rs 56, 000/-. To get caste certificate I was running to custom house for about 6 months to furnish all the required documents but when to avail facility I have been denied to issue result because of fault from the college staff. Even on the convocation day i visited Samaj Kalyan with this issue and narrated story to the concerned person. According to Mr. Parab college should solve this matter and approach Samaj Kalyan if there is any issue with filing the form.
This is a humble request to the education ministry to find out way and resolve this matter so that my son can enroll into his further studies at the earliest.
