Jiomart Quality issue replacement not provided

Drar Sir,

With reference to training, mails jiomart not called and not provided the resolution

I would like to bring to your notice that I have raised the concern vide ticket dated 13.08.2022 but I have not received any resolution from your side, further again I have raised the issue today vide ticket dated 16.08.2022 on the subject cited above.

In this connection, this is to inform you that the delivered product is totally rotten due to leakaged packet and giving bad small and I can’t keep it more days in my house as the same is giving bad small and my family member health can be effected by the badly rotten product delivered by jio mart.

No body called on the issue and issue not resolved evenafter several time followup and written complaints.

You are requested to lookinto the matter please.
