Ixigo is Refund not received for cancelled ticket

My Name is Kevin John, and my ticket Payment ID is 1C7EPIT25HXS7FTQWJG. Attached the screenshot for details. I have cancelled the ticket before the journey and was supposed to recieve the refund by 23 april 2023. In the app it says refund complete but i have not yet recieved any refund till date.
