Ixigo Airline is Money deducted but didn’t receive the ticket

I haven’t received the ticket but money was deducted from my bank account. I couldn’t find any transaction history about the failed payment. And also, I didn’t get the ticket. I cannot find the option from reverting of failed payment. Please do credit the money to my bank account for which transaction has failed. Please do rectify this issue as soon as possible.
