IRA Immigration worst and horrible experience with entire team. They kept transferring the case to various members across the team. Charged us 20K for Schengen visa assistance and didn’t even provide any help at all. We had to follow up on each and every document and do the research ourselves. After refusal, they weren’t able to even give a justifiable reason. The entire team keeps blaming each other and misguiding people. They should either close the company or replace the whole staff.
