Hi,
I have made payment of Rs. 56, 350 for Canada Express Entry with Immiways Migration company. Have shared company details below for your reference. Additionally spent around $322 CAD for WES + spent around Rs. 12, 000 for IELTS exam and besides, expenses around doing all of this when I didn’t have a job. WES has been positive and IELTS has been good.
I started this process with Immiwaysmigration back in Feb 2017. I have followed diligently all that was asked by Immiways including their payment, WES documents verification and IELTS exam. All the evidences are attached for your reference.
However, after I made the payment in Mar 2017, things started becoming very slow. I’ve dealt with Zeenath[protected] then it got moved to Sara (+91.[protected]) and then so called Process Consultant Omair (+[protected].
Omair started interacting with me around mid of Mar 2017.
I had complained that Omair does not really care to respond many times to Sara but nothing major change happened. They had received the amount and then things started falling off which I could sense it easily.
However, when I raised my concerns continuously, then I was asked to share the docs to WES which I did it and got the positive / clearance from WES to move one. Post WES, I was asked to appear for IELTS exam which I did and got through as well.
Now all the formalities are completed from my end so, things started moving in different directions. Omair started responding to me once in a Month probably that is also when I had called him few times.
Sep 2017 I had cleared the IELTS and then Omair started showing up once a month via email or a call!!! I started becoming suspicious about their style / behavior!!!
Emails also been like, one for requesting the docs around Oct 2017 and after a month another email as a follow up but no calls. Then there is another follow up made DIRECTLY in Jan 2018 which again an email and literally NO CALL.
From then onwards till date, I have not heard anything from these!!! All such service providers are behind us until they get their money and then suddenly will disappear.
I really didnt like the professionalism they have shown from initial stage till date. I really want all my amount to be reversed as its not fault as I have followed all their requests regularly and diligently.
I will not withdraw the complaint until and unless I have been paid total amount with the interest. Immiways is not a good place to opt for immigration. These guys are more interested in taking money than extending their support.
I have all the documents as proof and should be able to produce them all to judiciary as needed.
PLEASE STOP CHEATING INNOCENT PEOPLE. I’VE HAD A BAD TIME WITHOUT A JOB, WITHOUT MONEY IN HAND BUT TRUSTED YOU GUYS WOULD TAKE OF GETTING ME A JOB SOON BUT YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME BIG TIME…NO RETURN THE AMOUNT AS YOU ALL FAILED TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS FROM YOUR END.
