Immigration fraud by Indian MCA registered companies or immigration agencies

By the means of this post, an effort is being made to prevent the rampant immigration fraud by creating awareness. I am posting this to create awareness so people can avoid themselves getting defrauded by false promises of jobs and visas, among other things, by registered Indian agencies. Also, I intend to seek attention of lawmakers and lawyers to lobby for legislation to govern Indian immigration agencies. There’s no authority overseeing the propose of business of the immigration agencies, making consumers suffer.

Please read this report before you decide to go to any Indian immigration agencies: https://www.mediafire.com/file/c91vkae2n2xbg3p/Indian_Agencies_updated.pdf/file

Some of the methods adopted by immigration agencies to cheat people:
1) Using a mountain of fake/paid 5 star reviews at multiple websites
2) False advertising of overseas jobs with job profile, accommodation, air tickets, etc. on various online platforms and job portals.
3) Not disclosing the terms of their service legal agreement before taking the fees. Not returning the amount paid in advance in case the consumer is not interested in signing their agreement.
4) Using illegal means like call harassments to get bad reviews removed and engaging in malicious litigation for removal of bad reviews.
5) Having completely one sided agreement which favors them in all aspects and relieves them of all responsibilities.
6) Conducting fake phone interviews using foreign phone numbers to fulfil their fake promise of jobs and then eventually rejecting the candidate in the interviews.
7) Hiring paid unauthorized representatives to do immigration process is an offence under immigration laws of most foreign countries, the punishment for which is an immigration ban. Most Indian agencies are breaking this law and coming up with false and confusing stories when asked the direct questions about it and giving false assurances about the outcome of visa process.
8) Unnecessarily stretching the visa process or the false promise of job interviews to beyond one year so that they can send service end notice as per their contract or ask for contract renewal fees.
