I am writing this email to bring to your attention that I had booked a bus ticket for 8th May 2023 from Barabanki to Jaipur through your mobile app. However, the bus was cancelled by operator without any explanation. I was informed about the cancellation through a call.
I was expecting a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket. However, even after 7 days, I have not received any refund.
