Hans Travels is Money refund yet not received

I cancelled my ticket on 14th May 2023 online through hans travel website, the refund as per policy should be done within 5-7 banking days but yet not received the payment.

I have called the customer service so many time but every time they told that the refund will be done in 48 hours or 24 hours and so on… but so far the funds have not been received. When I went physically to dhakkan wala Kuan to their office they told me that you need to approach customer care but when I am trying to reach customer care everyday, they are not giving the appropriate answer .I am yet to receive my refund amount of my cancelled ticket .It is a pathetic experience from Hans travel, they are fooling people just for 1118 /- amount. Never seen such company who fools their client or customer for such a small amount.It is a mental harassment to the travellers and it causes distrust among travellers.

I expect some sort of help from consumer forum so that I can get my money back.
