Godrej Properties is Payment issue done by Godrej employee

I have booked a flat in Godrej Splendour Bengaluru and the lady took payment in phase 1 account instead of phase 2. Since last 3 weeks I am struggling to reach out CRM Shruti and her management but they are not responding to my emails. I have made govt payments as well as per instructions from Shruti so now I need complete refund of my full amount as I don’t want to continue due to poor response of employees.
